A workplace needs assessment

An in depth (three hour) Workplace Adjustments Assessment to make recommendations for 
adjustments that are balanced and reasonable, through consultation with both the individual and their employer/manager. In the assessment we look at how individual ability, 
performance and work targets, environment, and tools used are affecting the employee’s 
ability to carry out their role to a satisfactory standard. This assessment is advisable when 
there are potential complications with job security, or employee relations issues.
