A comprehensive, role-specific assessment that combines employee and employer input with Genius Finder® insights to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations for workplace adjustments.
Our Workplace Needs Assessment develops a complete picture of the employee's role and support needs. The practitioner considers information from the employee and employer, alongside relevant documents and the employee's Genius Finder® profile. The assessment explores job demands, strengths, challenges, performance expectations, working environment and existing support. The resulting report provides tailored recommendations, explains why they may help and gives the employer practical guidance for implementation. Where appropriate, the assessment can also help the employee develop their Genius Finder® Workplace Passport, creating an ongoing record of the strategies, adjustments and working conditions that help them perform at their best
