How do I book in my coach?

Once we have received your order and completed contact details form, we will create you an account and look to pair you with a coach. Once assigned the coach will reach out directly to organise your sessions. You can indicate that you would like a coach of a prefered gender or lived in experience for example on the contact form to help us pair you, should you wish.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you support Access to Work grants?

Yes, we do please follow this link Form to complete our online order form and attach your grant for reference.

Do you provide one to one coaching?

Can I get training for my Software?

Yes, We offer training for all our Software options available, these can be purchased by the hour.

How are remote training sessions delivered?

Remote sessions are delivered on a one-to-one basis, normally via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Your trainer will agree on your preferred platform beforehand and will send you a link once the appointment is confirmed.

How do I book my training sessions?

Once we have processed your order we will allocate you a trainer. The trainer will contact you directly to book your session(s).

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How long for delivery of hardware

Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days for hardware, unless otherwise stated
