Workplace Needs Assessment Passport
Individuals work with an assessor to create a 'workplace adjustments passport' using their Genius Finder® profile. The workplace passport could include basic environmental adaptations, ways to personalise tasks and the delivery of the role. With appropriate cost control agreements in place, this assessment could also recommend coaching, co-coaching or assistive technology, with training.

Workplace Needs Adjustments Assessment
An in depth (three hour) Workplace Adjustments Assessment to make recommendations for adjustments that are balanced and reasonable, through consultation with you and your employer. In the assessment we look at how ability, performance, work targets, environment, and tools used are affecting you. This assessment is advisable when there are potential complications with job security, or employee relations issues.
A 'one stop' diagnostic assessment for neurotypes to identify Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Dysgraphia and/or Dyscalculia. We can also assess for ADHD with a referral letter for clinical support/medication where required. The assessment can screen for and characteristics of Autism, which can provide the first half of an Autism assessment, and we can provide a 'top up' at an additional fee if required.
A full autism cognitive diagnostic assessment.
A positive assessment is a short cognitive assessment which explores your innate talents and strengths. Our Psychologists will deliver a series of ability assessments, looking at verbal, visual and spatial skills. We look at different types of memory to find out where your strengths lie. After the testing, we'll talk about how the results fit into your education and career outcomes, to inspire you and give you the confidence you need to achieve your goals.
