Across three expert-led masterclasses, you'll explore what good neuroinclusive HR looks like in practice — from creating the right organisational culture and enabling neurodivergent colleagues to thrive, to attracting, assessing and onboarding talent more effectively.

Each two-hour masterclass is limited to 20 participants and designed to be highly interactive. You'll learn from an expert psychologist through practical activities, facilitated discussion and realistic case studies, drawing on relevant case law.

You'll also learn from one another: sharing experiences with HR peers, exploring the grey areas that arise in practice and trying out approaches you can use immediately in your own organisation.

Choose the full three-part programme for an end-to-end view of neuroinclusive HR, or book individual masterclasses to focus on the areas that matter most to you. Sessions 2 and 3 do not include introductory content on neurodiversity, so if you are new to the topic, we recommend completing Masterclass 1 before moving on to Session 2 or 3.
