Genius Within is proud to offer coaching services to suit the level of your own experience. Pick the right level for you from the options below.
Our coaching impact research shows the optimum number of hours to achieve performance improvement is between 8-16 hours, with an optimum cadence of 2-hour sessions delivered fortnightly.
Strategy Coaching
Coaching provided by a workplace strategy coach qualified at ILM levels 3-5.
