All 1-to-1 coaching can be ordered per hour and is delivered by qualified/certified business coaches and psychologists, with a specific specialism in neurodiversity
Our coaching impact research shows the optimum number of hours to achieve performance improvement is between 8-16 hours, with an optimum cadence of 2-hour sessions delivered fortnightly.
Strategy Coaching
Coaching provided by a workplace strategy coach qualified at ILM levels 3-5.
To support Executive Function challenges, including communication skills, organisational skills, prioritisation and task initiation, stress & anxiety, time management, & working memory. The outcome is to boost everyday workplace performance related to cognitive, emotional and communication skills.
