Neurodiversity Awareness - Module 8 - Supporting Colleagues and Allyship

This module seeks to summarise the content of the previously seven modules and looks at the similarities in patterns across all different Neurotypes. The module explores how best we can support our Neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace and what we can do to be supportive workmates and allies.

• Anyone who is starting their journey to learn about Neurodiversity
• Anyone who is looking to refresh or widen their knowledge

Time needs:

• This module will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete
• You can stop and restart at any time.

Learning outcomes:

• This module will bring together the learning from the previous seven modules. 
  • Increase your understanding of what the term intersectionality means.
  • Gain a greater understanding of the similar challenges experienced by those with different neuro types.
  • Improve your knowledge of disability protection and identity.
  • Understand how to be an ally to your Neurodivergent and disabled colleagues.
