Workplace Needs Adjustment Passport with Genius Finder® profile
Individuals work with an assessor to create a ‘workplace adjustments passport’ using their Genius Finder® profile. The workplace passport could include basic environmental adaptations, ways to personalise tasks and the delivery of the role. With appropriate cost control agreements in place, this assessment could also recommend coaching, co-coaching or assistive technology, with training.
These are conducted by our psychology team, balancing the individual’s capability with the demands of the role and the resources in the business.
