A structured review of what is and is not working for an employee, identifying practical strategies and potential adjustments that could improve their working experience.
This employee-centred review considers the person's role, day-to-day responsibilities, working environment and any strategies or adjustments already in place. Their Genius Finder® profile helps the practitioner explore how the employee's strengths, challenges and priority areas interact with their work. Together, they identify useful strategies, consider potential adjustments and create a practical action plan. The employee can also develop or update their Genius Finder® Workplace Passport. A written report summarises the discussion, agreed strategies and any additional support the employee may wish to discuss with their employer.
