Neurodiversity Awareness - Module 1 - Introduction to Neurodiversity

Dr Nancy Doyle introduces the concept of neurodiversity and how it applies in workplaces, drawing on her research and work at Genius Within (founded 2011). This module covers the prevalence within society, spiky profiles, language guidance, biological factors and considers useful adjustments for the workplace.
