This masterclass equips you to support both neurodivergent colleagues and their managers — from productive conversations about strengths and needs to workplace adjustments, performance and wellbeing.

You'll also tackle the more complex situations HR professionals encounter: exploring what might sit behind a performance or team relationship challenge and how to respond in a way that is neuroinclusive, effective and practical in your operating environment.
