Holistic Assessment

A Holistic Assessment is 3 hours

This confirms whether, or not, an individual has a neurotype such as Dyslexia, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD/Dyspraxia), Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia. This is known as a Confirmed Diagnosis. We will also consider ADHD and Autism and for these it is known as a Working Diagnosis and it provides any necessary evidence required for formal reasonable adjustments, such as additional time in exams.

A Holistic Assessment provides a reliable measure of strengths, development needs and potential. Our assessments are conducted by Occupational Psychologists who relate the assessment results to roles, tasks, and performance

Before the assessment, the client would fill out a pre assessment questionnaire – this can narrow down what test the psychologist should do, the assessment will look for all the neurodiversity's regardless.

Once the assessment is completed the assessor would release an assessment report, which would include the diagnosis but also some recommendations the employee and employers can follow through with. Coaching, resources etc.
